TERMS AND CONDITIONS*

*1. DEFINITIONS*

- “Sales Fusion Concierge” refers to the sales services provided by Sales Fusion.
- “Client” refers to the individual or organization receiving the sales services.
- “Services” refers to the sales support, strategy, and execution provided by Sales Fusion Concierge.

*2. SCOPE OF WORK*

Sales Fusion Concierge agrees to provide the Client with sales services, including but not limited to:

- Sales strategy development
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Sales training and coaching
- Account management and customer retention

*3. PAYMENT TERMS*

- The Client agrees to pay Sales Fusion Concierge a monthly fee of $3,000.
- Payments are due on the 1st day of each month.
- Late payments will incur a fee of 5% per month.

*4. NEW CLIENT FEE*

For new clients, Sales Fusion Concierge charges an upfront fee of $1,500. The remaining $1,500 will be paid in 30 days if and only if the Client is satisfied with the services provided.

*5. TERM AND TERMINATION*

- The term of this agreement is month-to-month.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

*6. CONFIDENTIALITY*

Sales Fusion Concierge agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and data.

*7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY*

Sales Fusion Concierge retains all intellectual property rights to its sales strategies, materials, and techniques.

*8. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS*

Sales Fusion Concierge makes no warranties or representations regarding the success of its sales services.

*9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY*

In no event shall Sales Fusion Concierge be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

*10. GOVERNING LAW*

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California .

*11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT*

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
